Kamemi comes in the room
form the garden with dirty legs.

She doesn't have any troubles at all regardless of about 30cm height.

Hang on the frame of the window by her both hands at first.

I wish that she cleans her legs by herself.

But she can't do such a thing, becase she is a turtle.

Just see the spot that Kamemi runs away !

Kamemi often ran away from our garden in her spawning season.

But we didn't know from where does she run away at all.

Because we defended her running away by nets around the garden.....

One day...We have seen it at last !

We saw her climbing the net of the corner in the garden with our own eyes, like this.

A turtle with a fish
in her mouth

A good fish like this has hung down in the face of me suddenly, when I walked in the room.

So I snapped at it, because I was hungry.

But I forgot important thing.
I can't eat anything without water.
What shall I do?

She always looks to take care not to bit my finger together.

But sometimes she bites even my fingers by mistake.

She always eats food from our hands directly.

 Wooden planter
shaped a flower cart in the corner of the living room became a favorite plaything for two turtles.

They are always devoted to play rubbing their shelters against the wheel of it and shaking their backs.

Although I want to take it off because it is obstacle of cleaning.




"It's like a jungle here.I'm advancing ahead with thrusting the bush of ivy"(Kumosuke)

He plays while getting twisted to the vine of ivy on purpose.He won't go out of there though he is in a small flower pot of only about 30cm.

I wonder if he longs for smell of the soil.

I became wild feeling a little,

I filled water anothe pot instantly, not to smash water weed by her.

I put the pots of herbs around it. So It became a nice little pond like this.

"Oh, I'm feeling good !
It's my favorite place.
It smells good when I bite grass around here."(Kamemi)

She got in and out again and again. It's like a hot spring.

Kumosuke also found the pot for water plant.

Left: It's very joyful here.
I found small mud snails in it.


Right: He almost cut all of stems of water lilies in it.
So I put also Kumosuke into another pot.

What a dirty neck with peeled black skin it is !

" I'm interested in this pot because there seems to be somthing fresh and delicious to eat behind these water plants. But I am scolded without fail when I approach here."(Kamemi)

This is a pot that both Kamemi & kumosuke like very much.
Both of them try to return and stire inside of this pot while I take my eyes off them a little even if I pull them apart from it

She was about to clime the rock, while she took a walk in the garden. 
But she failed in doing. 

Though she tried to rise for herself, she was tired out....
It is a rest time now.
